📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.
  • Work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work is being carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and final project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our projects.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural design, geotechnical engineering, and construction methods.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
