📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and serve a variety of signature cocktails and mocktails using premium ingredients and techniques.
• Ensure a well-stocked bar with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and execute drink pairings that complement our menu.
• Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies and ingredients.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and beverage service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve innovative and delicious cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixers, with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
