📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry.
