📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Host live streaming events to showcase batik collections and engage with our audience.
Drive sales through live streams using platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Instagram.
Manage and mentor a team of live streaming hosts and sales representatives.
Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize live streaming strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content for live streams.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during live events.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Report on sales performance and provide insights for strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

3-5 years of experience in live streaming and sales, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of driving sales through digital platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage live audiences.
Familiarity with live streaming software like Zoom, OBS Studio, and streaming platforms.
Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
