Sun Camp Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our camp, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our services and contributing to the overall success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of camp operations, including daily activities, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.,Ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of camp staff, providing feedback and support as needed.,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to camp activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or camp industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
