📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing daily operations of the cafe, including inventory, orders, and customer service.
  • Ensuring the quality and freshness of coffee and food products.
  • Training and supervising staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales and operational performance.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the cafe.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language.
