📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
