Puskesmas Kirana Auto Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our in-house restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant. This is a full-time position located in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Plan and organize special events or promotions as needed.,Collaborate with the auto service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and budgets.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.,Familiarity with marketing and customer relations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
