📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners,Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources,Represent the company at industry events and conferences,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics,Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent sales and service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success,Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends,Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using sales and CRM software,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices,Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
