📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.,Ensure the smooth execution of events by overseeing staff and managing timelines.,Maintain high standards of service and quality for all banquet events.,Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met throughout the event planning process.,Manage budgets and expenses for banquet events, ensuring they are completed within the allocated budget.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or event planning.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for event hosting.,Experience in managing event budgets and vendor relationships.
