PT Galih Eka is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support our business operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and to support audits and other financial reviews.,Maintain and update financial records and systems, including accounting software and databases, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, document preparation, and other related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
