📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement quality, safety, and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with international and local healthcare standards.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety protocols.,Collaborate with various departments to address patient safety concerns and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and implement preventive measures to reduce risks.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.,Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality and safety management.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and healthcare professionals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, safety, or risk management in a healthcare setting.,Certification in quality, safety, or risk management (e.g., Certified in Risk Management, Certified in Healthcare Quality, etc.) is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in a multi-cultural and diverse environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
