Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare settings, with a focus on wellbeing or patient care.,Strong understanding of wellbeing principles and practices, including stress management, mindfulness, and emotional support.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and staff.,Proven ability to develop and deliver successful wellbeing initiatives, with a focus on measurable outcomes.,Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
