In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the spa area.,Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.,Train and mentor spa therapists and staff on new treatments, techniques, and customer service skills.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and place orders as needed.,Coordinate with other resort departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of spa services, guest feedback, and other relevant information.,Promote and market spa services and packages to guests, both in person and through various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the spa or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional guest service.,Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products, and a passion for wellness and self-care.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid certification or license in spa services, such as a spa supervisor certification, is preferred but not required.,Experience working in a luxury resort or high-end spa setting is a plus.
