SPS Flowline + TI Technical/Process Safety Engineer #O&G1

Bureau Veritas is seeking a highly experienced SPS Flowline + TI Technical/Process Safety Engineer to join our team in Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of upstream oil and gas topside facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain process safety systems, including flowlines and trip systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process safety systems, including flowlines and trip systems. You will conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, develop safety procedures and documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement process safety systems, including flowlines and trip systems.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for upstream oil and gas topside facilities.
• Develop and maintain safety procedures and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ISO, and ASME.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate safety systems into overall facility design.
• Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers in process safety engineering principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant process safety engineering design for upstream oil and gas topside facilities.
• Experience with industry-standard process safety management (PSM) systems, such as SIS, ESD, and F&G.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including API RP 500, API RP 505, and API RP 502.
• Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, P&ID software, and process simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of process safety engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CFSE (Certified Functional Safety Engineer) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) are a plus.
