As an Assistant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supervisor in managing and coordinating the team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and coordinating the team to ensure efficient operations.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members to meet daily targets.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and plan for the future.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance metrics.,Support the Supervisor in training and developing new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and record-keeping.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
