📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Assistant Store Manager in managing the restaurant's inventory and ensuring that we have enough supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Oversee the ordering and receiving of goods, and ensure that all inventory is properly recorded and tracked.
  • Work with the kitchen and food service staff to ensure that all food and beverage items are properly prepared and served.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, and work with the Assistant Store Manager to control expenses.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training and developing the restaurant's staff.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Store Manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory and controlling costs.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
