• Manage and oversee the financial operations of Indo Furnitama Raya, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the company.
• Lead and mentor the Finance, Accounting & Tax teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insightful data to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all applicable tax laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and support business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our financial processes.
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and performance management of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance, including PPh, PPn, and other relevant taxes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
