📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of telemarketers, setting goals and providing guidance to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
