📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Property Eksekutif's luxury properties.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.,Manage social media platforms to engage with potential clients and showcase properties.,Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and achieve targets.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and partners.,Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
