Bit Food Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
