📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and that orders are accurate and timely.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
