📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.,Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
