📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patients' conditions.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor and record vital signs and other relevant patient data.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility is a plus.
