Hokian Adi Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain food safety and quality standards by following health and safety regulations.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and utensils.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Prepare and cook meals for events and special occasions.,Ensure all food is properly labeled and stored.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Experience with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
