📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end AP-GL processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Handle daily accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and support reporting needs.
• Monitor and optimize payment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly statements.
• Work with vendors and external auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated with financial software, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or financial processing.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
