📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, including trade shows, sampling, and display programs.
• Monitor and analyze sales promotion performance using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure promotional activities are well-coordinated and effective.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales promotion activities and performance.
• Identify and implement innovative sales promotion ideas to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG industry and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales promotion tools and software such as SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
