📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and project timelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and workers, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental and social responsibility guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure development.
• Handle any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with infrastructure development projects in Bangka Belitung is a significant advantage.
