• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement and monitor production processes using tools such as SAP and MES systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address any production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management on production performance and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
