📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver impactful learning programs aligned with organizational goals
• Identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions
• Create and manage learning content using Moodle and TalentLMS
• Conduct needs assessments, training evaluations, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into business strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning principles
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Moodle and TalentLMS or willingness to learn these tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
