In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from initial design and prototyping to final production. You will work with advanced tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Ansys HFSS, and Mentor Graphics Calibre to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and a strong background in process development, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

• Manage the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from initial design to final production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product introduction and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Work with advanced tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Ansys HFSS, and Mentor Graphics Calibre to ensure product quality and performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to maintain high yield and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong background in process development.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced semiconductor manufacturing tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Ansys HFSS, and Mentor Graphics Calibre.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
