📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
