📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll
• Learn and utilize industry-standard HR tools and software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Attend and participate in HR-related workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Assist in the organization of HR events and activities
• Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in the field of Human Resources and Training
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus
