📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all event activities, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of event coordinators, vendors, and technical staff to deliver high-quality events.
• Utilize Event Management Software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) to streamline event logistics and communications.
• Develop and implement event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a comprehensive event strategy.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing tools to promote events and engage audiences.
• Conduct post-event reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance event production standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in event production.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale events, including corporate conferences, weddings, and festivals.
• Certification in Event Management (e.g., CEM, CMP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during event execution.
• Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Bangka Belitung to ensure compliance and cultural sensitivity.
