📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
