📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ITIL processes to ensure high-quality IT services.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Monitor and manage data center operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide timely and efficient support to internal teams, resolving IT issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and immediate response to critical IT issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Certifications in ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, including power management, cooling systems, and physical security.
• Proficiency in using IT infrastructure management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
