📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain marketing databases using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Process and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Handle vendor communications and contracts related to marketing activities.
• Support the marketing team in achieving KPIs and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marketing administrative activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for marketing stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
